The Chef Jeff Experience At J&b

This was our first visit to the C Jeff experience restaurant. We dropped in for Saturday morning breakfast and were blown away by the wait staff and the food. We had a breakfast bowl and a jalapeño cheddar omelette. We added a side of breakfast potatoes, this was a lot of food. The food was delicious! The biscuits were out of this world good!! And we were super excited to find out that they open back up for dinner. That will be our next visit !

Food is amazing. Great dishes: inventive, carefully prepared. Reasonably priced.Wait time was a different story. Arrived at 6:30 Friday evening with reservations. A little slow to get menus and drinks, but it was busy every table taken). Each part of the service was later and later. Entree did not arrive until 8pm. Had lost appetite by that time.I'm hoping that they were short staffed or there may have been another problem. No apologies were offered however. .Will give it it another chance because of the quality of the food.

Our foursome decided to give chef Jeff a try a few evenings ago with the understanding that 's it 's new or at least relatively newly opened. First let me say I gave them a three so as to not tarnish their score with a lesser rating. The good is that the food portions are quite large and provide a value for the dollar spent. All servers (one and a little girl) were pleasant and the establishment appeared clean and well cared for. Now the areas of potential improvement ..... it took a very long time to get served for everything beyond our initial drinks served in plastic bottles which includes drink refills. To be fair, there were frosted glasses presented with the bottled drinks which are coke products. Once the food was served each of us experienced the same problem with food temperature and we did not order chilled fare. The taste was good in every dish along with the sizable serving but all were cold..... just big and cold. It also seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to get the check as well. I am confident that between additional staff and a little more time to work out the kinks.... This will be a go to establishment hence my reluctance to grade them lower. I will return at a future time with the hope of applied experience. Until then I say Bless their hearts . Best of luck!

Absolutely wonderful food served by a great bunch of people. The chef does a great job of bringing different takes on food people love. Definitely worth a trip.

Just had some breakfast and all in all just amazing. I love how they have options that are unique and have a lot of good flavor. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be coming back.
