Fuller's Raw - Hampton

Firstly, don’t knock the blue cheese kettle chips if you’re like me and don’t like blue cheese or think you can buy some kettle chips at the store… this blue cheese and these homemade chips hit different. And secondly, you can’t really find better seafood on the peninsula (except maybe around the corner at Dead Rise). But these folks really know their stuff when it comes to oysters and seafood. You won’t regret visiting Fuller’s!

The oyster Caesar salad was amazing! The oysters are fresh and delicious. The fried oysters are perfect with lemon and crystal hot sauce! My daughter had the fried chicken sandwich. It is served with a spicy aioli and house pickles. My brother and sister in law favor the chicken sandwich as well. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. We definitely enjoy the nice view of downtown Phoebus through the floor to ceiling windows. We will be back soon!

Phoebus Seafood at its best! Established in the 1500’s I think (Eat Dirt Cheap at Fullers)…the tradition lives on with full bar and amazing food. Prompt service and you’ll leave full! Well done Chef!

Absolutely loved this wonderful restaurant! The freshest oysters shucked to perfection, unlike so many places. The fish and chips were outstanding! Crisp. French fries yummy plus fresh coleslaw! Our server, Arleigh was so pleasant and professional! All in all a must return place!!!!

What a great place in Phoebus VA, just out of Hampton VA and a great little find. We parked on the street and went in, a very busy Friday evening and waited about ten minutes as there were six of us. Our server was very knowledgeable with the menu and also asked about dietary requirements, he got our drinks while we all made our meal choices. My wife and I shared the shrimp and snow crab leg combo that came with potatoes, corn etc when it came, it was amazing, plenty of food and a great choice. I would definitely recommend this place. There are daily specials, oysters from various locations, a great beer choice and also a full service bar if you like that.
