The people who worked on Christmas Eve 2023 decided it was cute to pretend they were open and not serve us. They were sitting in there deciding to play games instead of do their job.Fire these clowns

I ordered a grilled cheese nacho fries. It cost little over 5 dollars and I got about five pieces of steak and 13 fries this is not what it shows on the menu board. It just covered about a quarter of the box.

First how does a chicken place run out of chicken. The cashier was beyond rude and that is being nice. We kept saying hello but no answer so I drove around to the window. The cashier attempted to give me another customer order. I said I didn't order yet because no one answered that box. She said then you didn't trip the sensor. I said okay. She said we don't have any chicken. We weren't there for the chicken but the Taco Bell side. I said I want to order a Chulupa Craving box She said that I had to go back around in the line. I asked why, I just gave you my order, she said okay but you got to go back around in the line and order!! At this point I was upset that she was NOT trying to be customer friendly!!

You should seriously have no stars. Service is HORRIBLE. They did not give us our full order but charged me for ALL of the food we ordered. The staff had us wait for our food in a parking spot, did not give me my receipt and then had an attitude when they brought me our food. Your location is placed in a prime area for travelers and your staff are disgustingly rude. Haphazardly throwing food in a bag and treating customers poorly should just be automatic job loss. We had to throw away some of the food we ordered because it tasted like chemicals. That needs to be reported to the health department, you’re going to hurt someone.

I didn't know this place was even there. in the night all the lights are on the parking lot (city code violation and the sign is also out. only the reason why I knew that they were open is that another poor soul is driving through the line rude car by person, as the other reviews say (they must be connected to the peculiarity as they are still there) customer service is terrible. never comes again.
