New Palace Bakery - Hamtramck

I drove to my old neighborhood and decided to stop by New Palace, but I left feeling quite disappointed. The angel wings were tasty, but the almond pretzel was terrible—like trying to eat styrofoam. The nut bread roll was frozen and fell apart when I got home; it was dry, and the ends were hard. Overall, this was a big mistake for me.

Best pączki’s in town!! The women at the store were so helpful gave us time to figure out exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

So I haven't been in the area in a *long* time so made it a point to stop by on Tuesday. Since I flew in I got a small amount of stuff; some cookies, a pzacki, and a small loaf of bread. The lady that helped me was fast, courteous, and did a great job answering a few questions I had. Everything was delicious and I wish I could stop by more often but living in TN makes this not an option unfortunately

HORRIBLE!!! The customer service was awful. I called to order a cake and the woman who answered was so rude so I decided to go in store. When it was the day to pick up my cake they didn’t do anything I asked for. The cake was sloppy and looked horrible. The customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend a rat to this place. Spend your money somewhere else

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious treats inside, making it difficult to choose just a few. They also have the best Paczki!
