Had a fun time with great staff and very good food. I 'm hard to please on Italian dishes, and especially red sauce. The chicken part of the Chicken Parm was juicy, tender, nicely breaded, and flavorful. The pasta was OK and the sauce, also OK. The sauce was a little too bright for my taste, but not bad at all. The salad was MUCH more ample than my photo indicates. It totally filled my plate. I just got so involved I forgot to take the pic!I 'm sure I 'll return when I 'm back in Hannibal to sample other items on the menu. Definitely worth checking out!Parking: Plenty of easily accessible parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for wheelchairs by almost all the tables.

My wife and I ordered the tenderloin sandwich and after 30 minutes waitress stops by and say they don't have the sandwiches at the moment. Had to reorder and waited another 40 minutes for our food. This is not the waitresses fault, but everything was not good. Last time there! People were just getting up and leaving with no food delivered to their tables. It was very sad.

We stopped in for lunch. My friend ordered the mushroom cheese burger and the house fries. The house fries were great, fresh cut fries, fired well. But, the burger was grisly, she had 3 pea-sized pieces of grisly. My taco salad was all meat, no taco seasoning, and the meat was soupy. There was barely any lettuce. I bought a to go order of the pork tenderloin to go and my husband loved that it was huge!The service was OK. The were several different servers who took our order and brought us food. We were there about 2 p.m. I took us a while to find someone to take our payment.The atmosphere was ok, a regular bar. On the door as you enter, there is a permanent sign asking to be excused for service because they are short staffed. We walked in and saw several waitstaff, 2 or 3 standing near the bar and a few people sitting at the bar with no drinks talking to the bartender and waitstaff. It felt like we walked into someone’s living room uninvited. The bartender told us “just sit anywhere.” We sat ourselves. Otherwise, there were huge TVs with Fox Entertainment and the 700 Club on.

Our order didn't get put in properly so we had to wait a while. The owner was there and heard about it and took care of us. Thanks going out to him. They are very prompt about getting you seated and getting your order. The tenderloins are the bomb!!!! One of the best I have had anywhere. Yes I would definitely go back!!

There’s so much to say about this restaurant. We have been going once or twice a week now for their Xtreme bar bingo. So I feel like that allows my review to be completely honest and not just based off a one night experience.1. I think they will quite literally hire anyone off of the street.2. I’ve seen them short staffed and what appeared to be over staffed. Can confirm that the service was terrible on all occasions. Servers will walk right by you and not acknowledge. I took my soda cup back to their service area multiple times to ask for a refill as we were ignored or not bothered with after several attempts to gain the attention of staff.3. The waiters do not always bring silverware to the table. They always hastily set the food down and walk off, not allowing any time to ask if everything looks okay or if anything is needed…such as silverware.4. The waitresses that have been amazing with service, have pretty much all left.5. The food is extremely hit or miss. Usually the food itself taste fine, but it’s either piping hot or lukewarm.You might ask why we continued to come even when we’ve had such terrible experiences and trust me, those things are not even the worst of what we have experienced there, but thankfully when there was a decent staff member on board she took care of our more serious issues. Anyway, we continued to go because playing Xtreme bar bingo was really fun. We felt like the fun atmosphere of bingo outweighed the cons. However, they no longer have a good bingo caller. They both left. The lady who called bingo when we went last week seemed super…not fun (nice terms).
