Bidra med feedbackLovely place with very attentive staff that were able to help with the menu very prompt service despite being full The sauces with the Hahnchenfilet Champ and Jager Art Schnitzel were amazing and excellent value too; total bill for two including food...and drinks came to 41 euros
Cosy local German beer restaurant, pork knukle was super, weis beer from an unknown brewery splendid, the Service helpfull, Smiling, kind and with friendly approach like we are friends for years but with manners also. Lots of locals were entry the place, meaning that the...place is real and not one more touristic spot. Prices were more than welcome as far were very friendly and logical instead of the most fancy and trendy local restaurant. I highly recomended for any time and gathering!!!
Max Walloschke a Professional Wrestler who opened this restaurant in 1952. Great place with a number of UK gents on a business trip to Hannover skeptical on the place and food but great place, great service, great staff. With a bit of...history see photos the roof if you are into architecture is lovely was the original and seemingly not damaged by the war but recently renovated. Now the food traditional wiener schnitzel and I had a house special Schnitzel Samba Hollandaise Slightly Sharp as they call it wit some combination of curry and peppers not too hot and very nice indeed. See sample menu attached. Traditional restaurant very compact some outside seating would suggest booking at busy times or when the trade fairs are on. Hopefully will be back next trip.
I can only recommend this locally. good German kitchen, very friendly service. the furniture is a little used, but clean.
