Lotteria - Hanoi

Not ready But with Crowd of Customers When I arrived in Hoan Kiem Lake, I felt hungry. So I decided to Lotteria, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Because of the Vietnamese tend to eat food with little salt, the whole menu made more blows than in other countries. Shake-frries that were completely seasoned have not salted. Fried chicken was not very savory (but covered with crispy skin). The main problem is that employees are not willing to deal with crowds of customers. When I ordered the menu, French french french fries were fried because at that time they ran out of the willingness to serve camps. An employee seems to be a complete order of customers. Menu served very slowly. In addition, I have seen that some customers came to Lotteria just to the end that the only available toilet was used as storage room.

The place is quite small, but they have level 2 with some seats too. Overall the waiting time is quite long, around 20 mins for my beef burger. The burger is quite soft, worth trying.

The place is small, service extremely slow, fast foods but u will have to wait for 25-35 mins for your order to be served! (Weekend) Anyway, don’t like this place, not recommended if you’re in hurry!

I waited 30minutes for my order, they kept taking orders of customers that came after me, they all received their meals in 10min I asked them “where’s my order”, they said wait another 5 minutes, which was more like 15minutes . Then the lady at the register gave me the packet upside down, so the burger fell out on the counter and the floor. What was supposed to be a quick rest and a meal turned into a complete screw up. I’d recommend that the manager train the staff to use the order number system that is provided. Also maybe a little common sense Oh did I mention the roaches. While I was waiting I saw 2 at the register. The gentleman next to me gave a awkward smile when he saw that we both witnessed the same thing

Bad customer service. They left our food on the counter for 3minutes without calling us. Not only that, they gave us the wrong food and wouldn't swap our order. The chicken was cold.
