Panera Bread - Hanover

I go here very frequently as my job is a block away. The food is always good and the employees are always very nice. What I don’t understand is why it takes them sooo long to get the online orders done. I’ve come here multiple times, 3 of them for online orders and every single time I went to pick them up they were not ready. The last time the manager actually said hello and said he was going to check on the ordering for me. While everyone else ordering was getting their food, I was still waiting on my order that was placed for more than 10 minutes. I hope they get that taken care of.

I would like to commend the exceptional service I received from your employee, Elaine. After two other companies informed us that they were closed, Elaine stepped in and went above and beyond in her assistance. Not only did she provide remarkable service, but she also offered taste tests and explained every detail we asked about. This level of service is truly commendable and deserves to be recognized!

It's a chain restaurant specializing in salads and sandwiches. The service is excellent, and the place is always quite clean. While the prices are somewhat high, the food is of great quality. I visit here several times a month, and sometimes even weekly.
