Subway - Hanover

I only ordered cookies and a drink...and found HAIR on one of my cookies. How does this happen?!!! Like why aren't their cookies pre-packaged any way. And how come they don't wear hair nets?? They barely speak any english, why is location in operation? I will not return to this location.

Closing team was absolutely the sweetest. Mixed up the one in the mall with this location when looking up hours so when I arrived at 8 they still took my order and was willing to pull everything back out for me and my friends even though they were technically closed. The store was very clean and well taken care of and they were still patient with us as we figured out what we wanted

The staff was annoyed for some reason. Subway is subway over all but the bread was not the most fresh and they skimped oh the veggies by alot. Two tomatoes on a 6inch. Staff: 2/5 (personal attention to each customer) Products: 5/5 (great products with good options) Health: 5/5 (they have healthy options) Facility: 5/5 (clean and well organized) Location: 5/5 (easy to get to with parking in the front)

Don't know why I'm leaving a review. From what I'm reading nothing has changed as far as the service. One piece of meat down the whole length of the bread, giving less on condiments and pretty much portions. If you ever go in and they give more meat. Check to make sure it isn't SPOILED!!

I don't know who this young man was that made my sandwich but he was the most Pleasant fellow ever my sandwich was incredible I haven't been to Subways in a little while because you could not taste the meat that they put on the bread I had an Italian super BMT something like that and it was very very good but customer service is a must in this guy needs to become server of the year cuz he was real good if you're in this area without a doubt check him out.
