Wendy's - Hanover

Not all Wendy restaurants are the same. This one does it right. Yum! Thanks.

Nice place. Friendly, kind, congenial nice staff. Good food. Handicap accessible. Average prices considering....

I'm not a fan of Wendy's, but this Wendy's in particular is also awful. The food isn't cooked right, the staff takes way to long to take your order, and they are just rude.

We visited the Wendy's in South Hanover and decided to try the new Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken meal for a change. We requested fresh fries, and they delivered—they were excellent! Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich itself was disappointing. The issue wasn't with the employees; it was the sauce. The cheese sauce combined with peppers was quite unappetizing. The chicken, however, was as good as ever. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. My low rating is solely due to the unpleasant taste of the cheese sauce on the sandwich. Considering the price, I felt let down. It would be nice if restaurants offered samples of new sauces. I could only manage to eat half of the sandwich. Once again, I want to emphasize that the employees did a great job.

The restaurant has a bit of a vintage vibe, but renovations are on the way. It seemed like many of the newer staff members were in training, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
