Kfc - Hanover Park

I had a disappointing experience at the Roselle Wise Rd. location. When I returned to have an issue with my order addressed, the drive-thru employee, who might have been the manager, was quite rude and didn’t take the time to explain anything to me. In fact, the window was shut before I could ask any further questions. I was polite throughout the encounter, but due to this poor customer service, I will not be returning to this KFC in the future.

I had the chicken bowl tonight, and it was fantastic! I'll definitely be having that meal again. The fries are also wonderful. The staff here are friendly and quick to rectify any mistakes with your order.

March 18, 2022: I had a great experience ordering food through drive-thru while wearing my black Nike sweater. The sweater was comfortable and I found the staff to be very helpful. My order was spot on! Thank you!
