The surf and turf lobster was overcooked, and the steak was a bit dry. However, the service was quite good.

The last server we had was fantastic; she truly made our experience memorable. I ordered the New York strip cooked medium rare, and it was perfection! I've been craving another steak ever since.

Very nice place, food was great.Waitress great, but.....We had a wheel chair, this place does not have door openers on the doors, if I'm the only person pushing the wheel chair. Only one spot out front was taken and we had to park in the gravel area to accommodate the wheel chair van to open side door with ramp.Second, they advertise free refills with pop. I had a root beer , which came in a plastic bottle. When I asked for a refill the waitress said no, only on pop. I said root beer is a pop. She said it was not her decision it was management's. She checked menu, and nowhere did it say rootbeer was not a pop.Third, they have a tax on the food of 3%, waitress said it was to make up for increased food prices. So that they do not have to add it to the price of the food. Well, you just did add it.

I visited this restaurant for a family dinner and had a wonderful experience. The server was outstanding. I ordered the strip steak cooked medium rare, and it was fantastic—perfectly charred, cooked just right, juicy, and tender. I also have a gluten intolerance, and they were very accommodating to my dietary needs. Overall, it was a great evening!

Never had I had such awful service at a chucks before. We didnt get asked once for refills and couldn't get her attention to even get one. Ate almost our full meal without a drink. Came to us when our food was long gone asking if we need a bill. Still we were not offered any refills.
