Bidra med feedbackFood was tasty. We had it delivered they forgot to add water. They didn't do anything to resolve it.
I ordered the Tilapia Dinner, which came with fries, coleslaw, and a piece of bread. Hush puppies are sold separately. The fish was flaky, with no fishy taste, and it was seasoned perfectly—definitely A+. The fries were the best I've had in a long time: crispy, crunchy, and well-seasoned. I didn’t try the coleslaw, but I'll definitely be coming back. I saved the leftovers for wrestling night! As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is very accessible.
When I showed them how unappetizing the red snapper was, the staff’s response was less than helpful. To top it off, they gave me the catfish nuggets and one filet in the same box—definitely not worth the price I paid. Later, around 11:45, I tried to place another order, only to be told they weren't taking any more orders. I was willing to spend more because I do like this place, but I was turned away after the initial mix-up. The service was terrible, and I would not recommend this restaurant. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing quality food or service. I've never encountered anything like this and I want to reach out to management or corporate immediately. I have my receipt and would like the security footage reviewed.
The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot, arriving even quicker than the staff had estimated. The catfish fillets were well-seasoned, and don't miss out on the homemade lemon pepper seasoning cups—those are a must on everything you order! Food rating: 4/5.
Food was horrible! I was experiencing sharp pains and gas shortly after eating the food. I don't think the food was fresh, they just reheated everything except the fries *thumbs down* not worth the money
