Our waiter was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the outdoor seating area; it was quite sunny and hot. Some shade would be a great addition.

The food was outstanding! They offer some excellent burger deals that truly deliver. The cocktails were also delicious, though a tad strong, and quite generous in size. The only downside was the customer service. The waitress who initially greeted us and handed us the menus left us unattended for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any contact with her again, even though she was busy serving other tables. We eventually had to call over another waiter to explain our situation. However, once we got the new waiter, he was quick, attentive, and efficient, and everything went smoothly from there. Overall, it's definitely a place worth dining at!

The food was incredibly delicious! It’s not the usual type of cuisine I go for, as I typically enjoy more comforting home-style dishes or casual café fare like finger foods and wraps. However, I truly loved this meal. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, which is why everything was so flavorful! The portions were larger than what I usually choose, but everyone else seemed very happy with the generous servings. I ordered a burger and chili cheese fries, and honestly, the fries were the highlight of the meal for me. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Harare just to have those fries again! I also tried a mint mojito, which was decent, but I wish they offered strawberry mojitos on the menu. Our waiter was friendly, but he did mix up our orders even though we filled out the little forms. I also sampled my sister's wings and my mom’s ribs, and they were both excellent!

If you love burgers this is the place to visit. The range is amazing. The staff friendly and professional. This particular branch/store is in one of Zimbabwe's affluent neighborhoods generally safe, guarded parking with CCTV.

Food was amazing and the kids had fun. They just need to make sure the food gets on the table hot because most of the food was cold except for the wings. Other than that all was amazing. Thanks to the manager on duty for making us fresh ribs after the ones we ordered were cold and dry.
