Dairy Queen Grill Chill In Hard

Super disappointed, don't go unless you like over priced food that is either dry or soggy. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the blizzard was fine but how can you mess up a blizzard. I DQ near my home in Utah has never had nasty dry chicken or soggy fries as bad as this.

Lady who was taking order got it wrong even though we said it 6 times for her, she was rude when talking to us in drive-thru

Very dirty restaurant. Husband I were sitting in booth eating our ice cream. We were told we had to move to other side bc their closing this side up at 5pm. Confusing to us because it was only 2pm. It being a smaller restaurant to begin with. The side that she wasn’t closing only had maybe two tables which were taken. We ended up having to leave. Won’t be back

They are experiencing high turnover I'm sure. The banana split had no bananas...they were out, but I still got it. Whipped topping the day before was overloaded...today was the size of a fifty cent piece. Guess it balances out ???? Hopefully they fix there ordering issues fast...because it's been over a month now that this is going on.

Good food that is overpriced especially for the rude service and poor attitudes staff greet you with.
