Bidra med feedbackThe 2-inch strip steak came with thinly sliced peppers and onions, topped with chunks of blue cheese, alongside chunky mashed potatoes with onions and green beans. The service was fantastic, and it's a great place to gather!
The scallops were simply exquisite—light, almost fluffy, and sweet. The service was excellent; Nicole (if I remember correctly) attended to our table wonderfully and was very attentive. The atmosphere was quite pleasant—quiet and inviting. The only disappointing aspect was the two boneless strip steaks, which were a bit dry and slightly overcooked for our taste. On a positive note, the broccoli was outstanding, but the mashed potatoes lacked flavor and were too chunky.
As a local who enjoys exploring new restaurants in Vermont, I have to say this place ranks quite low on my list of experiences. Here are a few reasons why: First, we spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for a waitress to take our order, despite the fact that there was only one other customer in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, it left much to be desired, especially considering the prices. We ordered Caesar salads, which came with an almost laughably small amount of dressing and were comparable in quality to something from Domino's. I also tried the calamari, but it was disappointing—soggy and accompanied by a sauce that wasn’t good at all. Overall, not worth the time or money.
The food was outstanding, and our waitress was exceptional. The atmosphere was very laid-back.
If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars, I would. I'd give 5 stars to the food and 10 stars to the employees. The food was outstanding! I had the lamb and the blueberry venison. It was incredible!! Our server, Kat, is delightful! She made the experience something to remember. Thank you so much
