First, their guide line for honoring their punch card keep changing. Everyone I meet there at the time of pick up have their own understanding on how to redeem it . I rarely redeem them but for curiosity sake I ask for it. Dont get me wrong most employees have been graceful about it but this particular Manager I met today was condescending and unprofessional. She had the nerves to act like I was just there for the free bee after I spent almost $50 for a cake. I have already made an order for Thanksgiving but I think I will cancel it and order from Austin so my sister will pick it up on her way to killeen.
