I appreciate the 20 pc special for $18 after tax. My wife and i enjoyed their flavors. The fries were so soggy i had to air fry them at home and they were still quite bad. I can forgive this, but next time I'll probably just get the vegetables. I ordered take out, and if i wanted to dine in I'd probably go to bww instead.Summary: good wings, skip the fries, get take out.

I just have to show appreciation to the young lady that works the register and answers the phone tonight and the manager!!! They were slammed and handed it great with a smile on her face, very polite and worked great under pressure. A lady called and was yelling at them on the phone as she thought she was the only one ordering chicken tonight and that lady the manager handled it extremely well even while being yelled out still being polite. I work in food service and I can tell you if they were my employees I would be super satisfied with their work and the service they provide the employees. Great job y’all!!! Watching them handle it so well made the wait easy worth it : keep them on your team!!!!

Always on time with pick ups wings were exactlyhow I ordered them...just sucks for the amount of money people spend they don't offer any rewards or points to get anything discounted FYI WINGSTOP nobody wants free fries THEY ARE GROSS!! .... Missing food items, had to wait excessive time to get items when told 3 minutes over the phone and would be ready upon arrival. They was dropped on arrival...Now we get to go home and eat the COLD food waiting. Oh, and the food replaced wasn't even in a box... Nope, just OPEN,IN THE BAG!!! They could have offered a replacement or something but nope.. Not to mention past few times the guy that sells the hoodies outside is out there smoking a blunt with his buddies.. Pretty sure that's why they forget alot. Now I wish I had went to Marcos instead like I planned.
