Every time I try to go and it says they’re open no-ones there.

It 's literally always closed during open hours every time we 've tried to go

Went to the mall at 2:45 pm on a Wednesday.... no one was there, no closed sign, nothing....

The staff was extremely rude and ignored my mom and acted as if she wasn't there, they couldn't stop what they were doing to attend to a paying customer! please hire professionals that know how to treat others with respect. never coming here again and will tell others about this place in Harlingen Valle Vista Mall not to go
