White Horse Tavern - Harpers Ferry

My friend and I stayed at the Clarion. We went to the white horse for dinner. OMG!! The simple burger and fries are so amazing!!! That burger was big and provided two meals.

Great food, friendly staff, live music on occasion. Love the convenience since we are usually staying next door when we dine here

The lettuce was bad . Should have been thrown away. Also the same on some of the burgers for the table. Look at the picture I post. I didn't take a picture of the other foods.The burger was decent, nothing amazing.The mozzarella sticks were fine the sauce was icy cold.The server was very nice and attentive..Overall it was fine but would not come back.

This was our second visit and our server, Deb, was fantastic! 10/10 for service, food, and atmosphere. We’ll be return customers for sure. Our kids said they have the best chicken fingers, and I believe they have the best burgers around. And the drinks? TOP TIER. I got the seasonal shamrock margarita and was not disappointed. Thanks again Deb!

Stopped in with my family, we are local and we've passed by so many times. I would state this is your run of the mill local tavern. A convenient option for hotel guests for the attached hotel. The food was not bad but not exceptional. The beer selection was hit or miss as to what they had available but they were willing to let me sample. Had local live music and a decent crowd. Waited a little longer than desired for check, but I did not get a strong impression that the wait staff was very experienced. Great views which will be even better as the weather warms. Would go again, but for beers, music and views.
