Piccolos Cafe - Harrisburg

Horrible service rude staff and racially biased. I walked up tired in 80 degree weather didn't even get up to the counter before the nasty unfriendly bartender assumed I was drunk with no signs at all it's summer and I had to walk, of course I'm tired when I walk through the doors. Other patrons walking around extremely intoxicated but I was singled out because I'm white, goodbye, never will go again!

Very low prices for beer. They have slushies now too. Only 2 flavors! Great spot. Very convenient!

Atm charged me 14.50 for 10 dollar withdrawal send me my money back. I need it. Will spread the truth and in your case, the truth hurts. Run down Harrisburg looking slum dive bar. 0/10
