I give this special place 3 because some days the workers are something pleasant, but other days just biotches

If I could rate 0 I would don't waste your time staff is rude and they have the highest prices in the area

Terrible place. Dirty, nasty, horrible customer service. Disgusting neighborhood. Please don't go their unless you want your car stolen.

Worst place to drink Foreal rude bartenders and even owner which is an older lady who works there due to the original owner being incarcerated story on Pennlive so its public they switch up bartenders to fast makes me think none them got proper license to operate behind bar times i went there to much going on especially inside and around the place best you avoid the place at all cost if you wanna live or wanna be robbed by your enjoyment or possessions trust me on this one definitely run down and not up kept at all keep your money
