Piatto Grill - Harrislee

We were at Piatto on Friday with 11 people to celebrate our Christmas party. There was a generous and delicious “greeting from the kitchen”, the food and drinks were very tasty! The atmosphere was nice and cozy, the volume was pleasant. What wasn't right at all: the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. (completely ok) and we were simply ignored since 8:30 p.m. and a drink we had previously ordered didn't come either. The employees no longer came to the tables. Shortly before the end they stood at the counter in jackets and waited for us to come and pay. THAT is simply extremely customer-unfriendly!! Communication is everything: they could have just come to the table at 8:30 p.m. and told us that we can now order another drink/dessert or something similar and reminded us that they close at 10 p.m. THAT is customer friendliness! It's a shame, this has now left a negative mark on 11 people, even though the food was very tasty... maybe it will help for the next guests.

Very tasty food, price performance is ok. Very generous greeting from the kitchen in advance, good portions and very tasty. Unfortunately the restaurant is very dark. You can only read the map if you have a flashlight or cell phone with you. The same thing when paying, it's so dark that you can't see your money in your wallet. All in all we were satisfied, we will come back

Super relaxed atmosphere, good food and attentive service! Went there for the second time and weren't disappointed, the prices match the food and drinks. All in all worth 5 stars for us!
