Rocktown Kitchen - Harrisonburg

We had a great experience. Food was delicious. Had turkey, sourdough, Brie, cranberry aioli. My sister had steak, on Texas toast with shoestring fried onions. Beef and Veg soup was amazing. We came to Harrisonburg from Charlottesville and discovered Rocktown Kitchen through a friend and colleague. We ate at this amazing restaurant for the first time tonight. Adonis was our waiter and his service was outstanding. Anja (spelling? , the manager, was simply wonderful and so very welcoming. We are both looking forward to returning in the very near future. One of the better options in Harrisonburg. They are extremely accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant out when you're visiting or in the area.

Great service and delicious food. All five of my group loved their orders: salmon, crab cakes (breaded), pasta, shrimp and grits. We all had clean plates. Love this place and will return. Start to finish, 5 stars. The staff was fantastic- very friendly and checked in frequently. The atmosphere was very down to earth and inviting. I had the meal of my life here... the steak was cooked perfectly to my preference, the portions were generous and the drinks were on point. Dessert definitely didn't disappoint either. We will be back soon!!
