Captain D's Restaurant - Harrisonville

Granted, it was late, 930 on a Sunday night, the fries were a little lame, not freshly cooked. I ordered the 15 piece butterfly shrimp platter, the shrimps were tiny, would've taken 2 or 3 to make the same size of shrimp I used to get with a 12 piece several years ago(pre-covid)!!! The best part of the meal was the hushpuppies and sweet tea! Service friendly, fast, and she got my order right. It's been 2 years since I've been to a Captain D's, and this'll probably be my last trip ever...

Order for a family of four $46 with extra sides... The ordering process with the cashier was plesant and she was very helpful. Was given the wrong food and I was told to keep the wrong food and my order would be waiting for when I returned. No fuss from the staff about the mistake. It was quickly rectified with an apology. The food seemed a little extra greasy but was definitely freshly cooked. Probably would have received the correct food the first time but the cashier got distracted by the phone. The inside atmosphere felt a little dead. It could use some music or updates.

Food was great..... service was ok..... and the atmosphere was very smoky. I'm guessing they had ventilation issues.

Would rate the food but never got my food waited 40 minutes after ordering and no food. When we asked about are food lady taking drive thru orders had no ideal what we where talking about. We will never be back to this place ever again.

The fish tasted like straight dirt no flavor it was nasty I don’t recommend it at all
