Situated in the shopping plaza in Clarion, this restaurant turned out to be larger than expected. Upon entering, we requested to be seated at the bar indoors.
Thanks to a 10% discount from Hampton Inn, I decided to try the 3 R restaurant and my experience was not disappointing.
I was really hoping that the experience would be much better than it was when it was the previous restaurant.
