Pizza Chalet - HARROW

Very slow customer service. Ordered three large pizzas for collection and stated it has to be halal. While we were waiting for our pizzas we saw they had only the one cutter for their pizza orders so my friend asked do you sell non halal pizzas too and they said yes ofcourse! He turned to me and said how is he going to cut our halal pizza orders. As soon as the pizza before us was being cut up for the customer who was waiting for his ham and bacon pizzas we saw the worker cutting the pizza with the same cutter which then he used for our halal pizzas. When we went to confront him he said he didn’t do it but me and the friend clearly saw it and he still denied so we requested for it to be made again but he refused and told us to go. Definitely be careful with halal orders as they only have one cutter for both halal and non halal ingredients.

Better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut, and cheaper. My regular pizza place. The garlic base pizzas are delicious!

The delivery time constantly changed and even falsely claimed the food was delivered twice when it had not arrived. I attempted to contact them but the phone was busy the entire time. To make matters worse, the food was cold and the delivery driver was unfriendly. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The pizza was delicious, cooked perfectly, and just the right amount of spiciness. Ordering over the phone was simple and convenient.

This pizza shop is very misinformed. They claim to sell halal meat, but do not have a certificate to confirm it. When asked, the staff member said they do not need to provide a halal certificate because they mainly sell haram meats like pork. This is concerning as some customers have ordered food through delivery services and discovered that the pizza was cut in the same way as pizzas with pork. A report will be filed to investigate why they do not have a halal certificate. This situation has caused many Muslims in the community to be cautious about ordering from this restaurant.
