Domino's Pizza - Hartford

I'm not sure what happened today, but you've lost a long-time customer. First of all, you gave my order to someone else. Then I had to wait again for a bland and cold pizza. I am very disappointed, and now I have to find another pizza company. This is your fault.

I can easily just put chicken in the fridge if I want to eat it cold, but thanks to this restaurant, I don't have to. Unfortunately, my food sat in the store for 50 minutes and then was driven around town for another 30 minutes before reaching me. The quality suffered greatly and as a result, I will not be ordering from here again.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Both pizzas were burnt and overcooked, despite my request for them to be lightly done. Additionally, there was a lack of toppings, with only a small amount of Pepperoni Sausage. Unfortunately, I will not be placing another order here.

It's pretty sad that this locations listed hours for delivery carryout are absolutely incorrect or maybe management doesn't care if the employee's close up shop earlier than the hours of operation listed online in Google Maps. As I write this, 1 outof the 2 vehicles that were blocking the store entrance decided to circle my car went back to parking in front of the entrance talked to the person sitting in the other car then they both left. I'm not sure if he was curious about what I was doing afterI took a pic or what, but that's creepy. I suggest that mgmt should update their hours of operation online in Maps.

I have lived, and traveled to, many places, and I have to say this branch of dominos wins! Thank you for the continued phenomenal service during the craziness of covid, including the holidays on top of that. Extremely detail oriented, always havea great attitude, and never disappoint with service and customer satisfaction. I can't give enough appreciation for this branchand the employees who cook and deliver. You will always have a return customer here. Thanks again Hartford Dominos!
