Domino's Pizza - Hartford

This restaurant is average. Located in the heart of Hartford, I would lean towards saying it is good. I always intend to try something new, but end up getting the same thing. The food was fresh and well-prepared, with fast delivery. I would consider ordering from here again. It wasn't a fantastic experience, but it also wasn't terrible. The wings were spicy and the pizza smelled delicious. I think I'll just go ahead and place my order!

The delivery drivers for this pizza restaurant are disrespectful. They should learn to keep their rude comments to themselves.

Hey guys! I called to cancel my order and was told to order from a different Domino's. They didn't explain why and hung up on me while I was still talking.

I stay in the child clinic in the opposite and put an order online for my 6yr old son, who is admitted to the hospital for cancer and really wanted dominos after I did not appetit for weeks after chemotherapy. I left a note about this, because I can't get down because of kovid. the instructions were to leave the food with security at the sick station entrance for rooms .. if I tell the delivered notification safety, there is no food. when I called to see where the food is the trick, the answer is rude and not even let me talk and makes a bundle of accepted and always asks for a phone I went on to tell him exactly what I wrote in the note, which is to go in and leave the food with security for room and they will bring it up. he assumed I meant the driver and always asked for a phone number. long story short, they don't listen well for their linguistic barrier and was rude, hung on me, and said I won't receive my food. I immediately called someone else to answer with better English and more geduld and said a driver returns to eat. when the food arrives, it is as cold as the weather outside! a complete waste of my life. will never order from this place again. so unprofessional. waited an hour and a half, got cold eating, treated with Rude staff, and coworkers who do not hear or take instructions well, and not even provide to make the situation better! Hartford location must be the worse dominos I have ever ordered from

They don't cover their mouth and they be singing and talking in top of the food ..they also pick up phone ,touched paper and item will at the same time preparing the food with no gloves
