Dunkin' - Hartford

I have been to this Dunkin' location in Hartford about 10 times since I moved here, and unfortunately, they have not been able to get my order correct even once. I am very disappointed with the management at this place. One time, when I ordered a croissant stuffer before work, it was still frozen when I bit into it. I am starting my day off on the wrong foot every time I give them a chance to improve by going back. Even a simple caramel coffee seems to be too difficult for them to get right. I typically do not write reviews on Google, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this particular Dunkin' location. I have worked at Dunkin' for two years, and I can assure you that it is never as complicated as they make it seem at this location.

The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious, but the hash browns were overcooked and chewy.

This place is absolutely bad a worker name Daniel was yelling e asking what do I. Need to serve and a kid apparently minor age on Sunday 6 -9 -2024 around 11 am don’t know what he was doing and a lady yelling to everybody apparently their boss I will never return it again

When my minor child asked to use the bathroom before she had an accident they told her she had to pay.. when I asked why my miner child could not use the bathroom unless she pay,,, the you man with braids stated because our boss said we are required to do that to keep the licks out. I asked if my child looked like a link. And he said if I had a problem i could leave. I said we 'll I was going to order but your costumer service is awful. The man state I don 't give a f!!

Good team, busy location but they manage and work well together.
