Bidra med feedbackI often eat here and really liked this place as a healthy fast food place. Since recently every day they began to close hot food at 745 in some cases earlier; they do not close until 9 a.m. They were often out of objects. Not really comfortable for people who work longer. It's regrettable.
Great place for a quick, healthy bite. I docked a star for limited menu and protein that seemed reheated in the microwave (it tasted fine, just not fresh as the name suggests). Otherwise the Pangoa bowl I ordered was flavorful and the portion was more than I expected for the price!
Excellent food with a fresh taste. Nice healthy option in Downtown that is close to my office.
Over priced and shakes there need serious work!!! Ordered a 20 oz strawberry banana, nasty, watery, tasted like pepto-bismol. $7.00 plus tax over place seemed clean.
Fast counter-serve/to-go salads, wraps, and smoothies with a healthy focus. It was hard not to give a high rating simply out of excitement for a new lunch option in Downtown Hartford, but scarcity alone does not make something excellent. The menu is extensive and my Oaxaca Chicken bowl was quite tasty and fresh. $10 seems about on par for food of this type in the area, but it's certainly not cheap. The greens were clean, rice was cooked correctly, and beans and other items tasted good. There was not a large amount of chicken on the bowl, however. There was also a long wait for my food despite relatively few people who had ordered before me. I waited probably about 10 minutes. Despite appearances, this does not work like a Qdoba or Chipotle where you move down a line from station to station building your meal. You put in the order at the counter and pay then wait for your name to be called. There were also no napkins placed in my bag for my to-go order, although it was relatively simple to grab some at the pick-up counter. The decor is starkly sparse. The location is actually shared with a minimart that sells drinks, prepackaged snacks, cigarettes, over-the-counter cold medicine, etc. No decor on any of the white walls other than a small amount of Freshii branding. There is a nice little seating area separated from the minimart and order area with approximately 5 or 6 tables, each with napkins and a bottle of sriracha sauce on them. I think this place would get four stars if the service were quicker, the location more pleasant, or the prices lower. As it is, I will probably come back for the sake of variety, but it is not a completely game-changing addition to the lunch scene.
