However, the real standout for me is the burgers. They use locally sourced beef that tastes like you just passed the farm a few days ago. You can really tell it’s high-quality. The cheese they use is perfect: it melts beautifully without disappearing. I love the rough-chopped onions on top, and I add Chicago relish for an extra kick. It’s a fantastic old-school burger that I could happily eat instead of nearly any other burger during the season they’re open. I also appreciate that my food isn’t served to me just three minutes after I order. It should be grilled to order, one at a time. If you're looking for something quicker, I suggest heading to a fast-food place. But if you want an incredible, freshly made burger, this is the spot for you!

The burgers are outstanding—I'd even say they're reminiscent of Culver's, but they surpass them in quality. And the ice cream? Just as impressive! Personally, I can't get enough of their strawberry shake/malt. If you're a fan of strawberry shakes like I am, this might just be the best one you've ever tasted. Their deep-fried green beans are fresh and taste like they came straight from a farmer's market, and the cheese curds are always a delicious side option. Honestly, everything I've tried here has been great. The food is made to order, which is a nice touch, but be prepared for a bit of a wait if it's busy. They only have outdoor seating, but we often eat in our car if the weather doesn't cooperate. Trust me, this food is worth braving the cold or rain! While it's not as inexpensive as Culver's, the quality makes it worthwhile—you truly get what you pay for.

First timer this weekend and found out Mickey's is delicious! Fries were hot and crispy. The burger patty was juicy and delicious! The entire burger was perfect with a sturdy toasted bun and the sandwich was not sloppy despite the ketchup and mayo I requested as toppings. The custard was tasty too! I might return...weekly!

Too long of a wait and food was warm-ish and just ok; I honestly think they were too busy and our actual food was forgotten about over all the ice cream going out. Looks like a happening spot and if you like it, I don't want to discourage.
