Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The pizza is tasty but has a lot of crust. Not recommended if you don't enjoy that. Also, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes on the phone, but it took closer to an hour. Better to avoid this place.

I placed an online order and my pizza was ready for pick up when I arrived. I only had to grab it from the counter. It was easy and the pizza was delightful.

The Hartford location always gets the order right and in the time they say it will be ready.

I have had really good service and quality of ingredients at this location until tonight. I ordered online and when I got home my pizza was wrong. The order slip showed exactly what I ordered, however the pizza wasn't made to my specifications. I called to explain the situation and was offered $2 off my next order. Customer service is a joke, you made my pizza wrong, that's not my fault. Replace the pizza on your error. Keep your $2. Oh yeah- I even tipped them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, especially with ordering online and not receiving the pizza that I had ordered.
