Mcdonald's - Hartwell

I was very disappointed by McDonald's in Hartwell. Do not change orders on the trip thru, coke not filled, large pommes 1/2 filled and then today, Crispy chicken was flat, rubbery, over boiled, served on a burnt bungalow. I know the drive thru is the new way, but the quality has suffered!

This McDonalds was fast and efficient. The food was hot and fresh.

This McDonald?s is the single most inconsistent franchise location I?ve ever visited. It is regularly closed HOURS before it?s posted close time, leaving customers stranded. Orders are regularly wrong, lukewarm, or take forever to make and distribute. The drive thru line regularly takes 20 minutes minimum, even on a ?slow? day. I am regularly disappointed with this location, even after multiple visits due to its convenience. Just, ugh. Go to Taco Bell, just across the street. They may not be friendly, but they are punctual, correct, fresh, and OPEN.

They have good service ..which prepares better food for the customers...Nice people in Hartwell GA.30643

They had 11 employees behind the counter and I used to work McDonald's and I had four including myself four people behind the counter and we still got food out the window and it out in the lobby faster than they could even think about getting it out Isit there for 25 minutes waiting on my food and then the s cold but I didn't want to go back up there and wait another 25minutes for four McDoubles and all the managers they were just heading out chit-chatting we didn't care have a tear in the worldabout the customers I would write this place probably .5
