Five Guys - Harvey

This is the place to go if you're a fan of a delicious burger. The quality is top-notch and although the prices are on the higher side, they are justified by the excellent quality of the food. It's always difficult to choose between my favorite burger joints when I visit the city, but this spot definitely stands out for its consistent and flavorful offerings, generous portion sizes, and great drink options.

I've gone to several different 5 guys before and the service is always excellent. But at this location way too much grease on everything.

I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger, but it did not come with bacon. I called to complain and the employee was rude and claimed they were out of bacon. The other burger I ordered did have bacon on it. I requested to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. The staff was incredibly rude tonight. I will be calling again tomorrow to speak with a manager. I hope they realize their employees are being rude and inconsiderate to their customers.

My frist bad food experience, I was served a old half cold and warm burger veggies were mushee bun was old and cold. Looked like a burger I would not feed to a dog, and I did let all of them know how I felt about the burger that was served to me.if I could give a zero I would give them a zero star
