I orderDoppio and ice water they give me just coffee no water I ask two times for water .

Their coffee is garbage. I can't believe they're so popular. I guess most people like getting their coffee milk shakes, but I got a plain black coffee and it was God awful. McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts have better coffee. I'll never order coffee from Starbucks again.

Communicate with Employee it’s not good sometimes she’s and he’s nervous. and not smile and not make drink good sometimes sweet too much sometimes not to sweet you have a rules for how make drink you need more practice it’s not professional team !!

I went there and they wouldn’t answer me in the drive-through. Terrible customer service.
