Kfc - Hasbrouck Heights

Very nice interior, great tables and booths! Clean restaurant, newly renovated, good service. We ate in, food was excellent ???? ????????

I was picking up food and the place was clean and the workers were nice. That?s all you can ask for. Chicken sandwich was decent.

The experience is quite pleasant. The lovely staff member, Nvonya, who works the register, is always very friendly and courteous when I come in. She puts in a lot of effort. I often stop by for dinner after work, and my service is consistently excellent. I always make sure to thank her for the outstanding service. Overall, I have no complaints. KFC offers great service, and hardworking employees like her deserve to be recognized and rewarded.

I work in the area and have decided to switch to Popeyes for my chicken cravings from now on. This past month, my food order has been incorrect four times. On one occasion, a young African American woman at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude and mismanaged my order, forgetting several items. The other day, during my lunch break, an older white woman with a shaky voice handed me a completely different order than what I requested. There was nobody behind me, so it wasn’t a mix-up with another customer; it just seems like they don’t care about customer service. Based on the reviews I’ve seen, the manager appears to be unprofessional, so I have no interest in returning to this establishment. Fortunately, there are plenty of other food options within a short distance.

I’m really disappointed once again. I arrived at 5 PM and they were out of pot pies. This is the third time I’ve visited this location and each time I’ve been told to wait 20 minutes for them. When I asked why, I was informed that they sell a lot, having just sold three right before me. Last week, I was told they sold two before me. If it’s such a popular item, why don’t they make more? I ended up ordering a two-piece white meat meal, and what did I receive? Dark meat instead. I think KFC is off my list for good.
