Hungry Howie's Pizza - Hastings

Very disappointed...ordered5:43 wasn't handed food until 7:00. They had to remake the pizza, I assume they gave it to someone else. Once again I assumed my entire order would be remade...I was wrong my Howie bread and calzone sat . The cheese wasn't melted anymore. They said sorry...thats it. And pizza was a little overdone

The service and food presentation were top-notch. However, the quality of the food has drastically declined. The cheese seemed artificial, and the extra sauces we paid for were disappointing and came in disposable plastic containers instead of the usual sealed containers.

I placed an online order and after 30 minutes, my order still hadn't been started! Additionally, the pizza was not cut all the way through. The pizza itself was delicious, but I believe the staff could benefit from better training.

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant with their amazing food and service, but today was disappointing. I ordered lunch for my children and myself, and the delivery driver was very loud with his music, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, my daughter told me that the driver handed her the pizza on the side street instead of delivering it directly to our apartment, causing the toppings to slide. I feel bad leaving a negative review, as I understand the driver may be young and inexperienced, but this could be a good learning opportunity for them.

Ask for Tony! These guys knocked out 7 pizza and bread in under 20min to save my event!
