Papitos Mexican Grill - Hattiesburg

This place has the worst customer service took like 25 mins to get are appetizer and the salsa is ketchup . They enchiladas were hard no sauce on the enchiladas. The kids said the rice and beans is probably the best part of the whole meal. The wife said the margaritas is probably the best thing here. Almost like an hour to get a food with only about 10 people in here.

This place is absolutely horrible. The service was probably the worst of any resturant i have ever been to. We waited over twenty minutes for an appetizer and had to repeatedly ask for our food/asked to take our order.

Me and my friends came Saturday night and we arrived about 5:30. Place was dead. It took us over an hour to get out food and when we got it it was cold. Tried to order watermelon margaritas they were out of all flavors apparently. We asked for straws for our drinks and we were only handed two when we had four people at the table. Before we could ask for two more our waitresses ran off. We really did see much of the waitress at all. We went so long without seeing her that another waiter came up to our table to ask if we were being helped. I’ve never experienced this at this restaurant before but three out of four of my party had never been there before and it was embarrassing.

Do NOT eat here, you will get food poisoning!!! I had dinner with my family yesterday and spent the following morning in the ER with projectile vomiting. Worst dining experience ever, will never return!

Papitos has really lost it's touch. The last two times we've been, the food has been rather disappointing.We went Tuesday, 7/11 and the service was okay, but there was only one waitress for the entire dining area so she became swamped and wait times suffered because of that. The chips didn't seem like typical Mexican restaurant chips, they seemed more like bagged chips. My chimichanga tasted like the oil it was fried in was old and my beans were runny and bland.
