Sake Cafe - Hattiesburg

I started with a garden salad topped with ginger dressing, which was simply fabulous—rich and full of flavor, just how I love it. My daughter chose the stunning Rocky II Roll, though I didn't manage to snap a photo before she took a bite as soon as it arrived! I had the Akita Snapper served with white rice. With our drinks, the total came to a modest $34.97—a great deal for the quality we received. The snapper was perfectly fried with a tempura-style coating and drizzled with an exquisite sweet and savory sauce that was absolutely mouthwatering! We will definitely be ordering from Sake again and plan to return for more. It was well worth it!

This is a great dining spot with subtle flavors at a reasonable price. The Spicy Yellowtail roll is outstanding, but take your time savoring it to fully appreciate the unfolding flavors. If you rush, you might miss the best part. The Tuna Tartare is delicious and will definitely earn a repeat order next time. I found the Salmon Naruto roll to be very refreshing; I loved the cucumber wrap, but the white sauce it came with overshadowed the other flavors. My wife enjoyed the Spicy Yellow Dragon roll, although it featured a large mound of fish flakes on top of a relatively modest roll, making it difficult to eat in one bite. The fish flakes dominated the overall taste. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is clean. There’s ample parking available, though larger vehicles might have some difficulty during busy times.

The Mariposa shrimp, blossom roll, sausage, and corn were fantastic! We decided to try something new and were not disappointed! Our waitress, Katilyn, was amazing; she had great recommendations since it was our first time visiting. We will definitely be back!

I came here on my friends birthday. We love coming to Sake but this experience has been by far the WORST!! The food didn?t taste the same tonight, wasn?t cooked fully, and the service is rude (well one lady who came to check on us) our server (tris) seemed new because the other lady had to get her multiple times to help her about our issues. Then she got an attitude with us when all we came to do was enjoy our evening, eating good at our favorite place. I?m extremely sadabout this experience and will have to find a new favorite seafood spot. oh and btw this is 1/2 lb of crab legs.

The shrimp, flower sausages, and corn at Mariposa were fantastic! I ventured out and tried something new! Our waitress Katilyn was excellent; she provided great recommendations since it was our first visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!
