Very disappointed in recent delivery. Wings were cold, fries were cold, asked for extra ranch and didn’t get it. Very expensive for a meal that was disappointing. I would avoid sparkys and make my way to Wendy’s for a meal of that same experience. Place has gone down hill

First time eating here, the flavor was great but I got really sick and went to the doctors they said I have salmonella. So plz be very careful on what you get.

Went here because of all the great reviews. I got a teriyaki chicken wing dinner. The only thing good was the sauce. The chicken had absolutely no flavor and was rubbery. The Mac salad was literally just boiled elbow pasta. And the side salad looked like it was starting to go bad.

I ordered a boneless dinner. When I called, they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. That concerned me because I thought they wouldn't be fresh. Wish I was wrong, but I wasn't. Half the tenders ended up getting wasted because I either couldn't chew through the coating because it seemed stale? Or the chicken seemed kind of old when biting into it. I was a bit disappointed because so many people have told me they had AMAZING chicken. The fried were also 99% Cajun to the point I almost choked on the seasoning.
