Bidra med feedbackI came here to dinate with my family during the 50% discount offer. they were extremely busy, service wasn't great, but I understand the madness caused by "eat out to help out". because of the liveliness, the service was slower than usual, eating came an hour late, but it was expected. a beautiful waitress named serbal, who was very apologetic about the chaos and the late food, finally brought our food past and really went beyond and beyond to make sure we were all satisfied with the food. she has been running the whole restaurant handy and had almost every diner in her case, she was really up. eating was not disappointed, it was absolutely delicious. I can't owe it a bit. I even went back twice on a normal day with my sisters, only for a better eating and it was not disappointed. please ignore negative assessments and try to judge.
Disappoint! half portion 4 piece of chicken on a small buck rice and limp salat. the hello wrap was soggy.
After we have been regular customers of kervan saray for many years, yesterday we have a contract with them for our jubilee celebration (equipped a large order for only 2 adults, a young child and a baby.) so we obviously had some rest. I warmed up today. an adana to feed the children. I noticed a hair, but I overlooked that (these things happen, right then I saw some fibers of white flock that I dressed and to my frightening came a massive ball of dust, hair/flame and fluff! it looked like something that comes from her drain hole when they decide it or from a used Hoover bag. I can't tell them how disgusting I was. I called her right away and everything he could say was that he couldn't do anything about it because the command of yesterday was serious?! I didn't even ask for a supper as I would never eat from there again. but even an acknowledgement or apology would be nice, but not even that! then I called the harold Hill branch if the manager was there. they were also uninterested and not helpful. I will never eat from here again (even if they give free food, I have serious concerns about their food hygiene standards, especially during this risky time of Covid-19. please see the attached photo. I just added. the person I spoke to call me back shortly before my message to say that he spoke to the manager, and there is nothing he can do. he cannot offer a refund, but if I want them to prepare me a fresh adana to collect (lightly no.) my answer was as I said above. I didn't even ask for a refund or replacement. even a simple excuse or real concern about the thema would have been nice. does not fill me with much trust over their standards that I fear. my man just came home and is appalled. he takes it to show it. can't say I expect a lot, but at least they can see.
COVID-19 prevented us from celebrating a 21st by going out to dinner, so we were on a recommendation for a takeaway and not disappointed. absolutely nice eating, delivered on time and hot! would definitely use again without and doubt. everything I need is an apology!
Another really nice family meal here, 5 adults, 2 children. Superb meat flavours and good accompaniments.
