Bidra med feedbackUpdate: Came back today, was served by Debra, and was well looked after. Also glad we don't have to use the app for all orders. Food is great but with the new restriction in restaurants and having to download menus and apps it is a real pain. The staff were fantastic in helping getting to grips with it but i might think about it twice before eating out again
Attended this pizzaexpress during the kids holidays so it is understandable that it was packed. However, the staff (this particular man) that was there today had a terrible attitude towards us. Came to our table to take our order, when I started speaking he then stops me and says I will be right back. Then went to another table to give them their food. He was very dismissive when asked about the kids menu, and it was clear that they were understaffed. It was our first time attended as a family, and it will be the last (at least to this particular location). Our food took over 30m to arrive when other that came after us, we’re getting their food. At the end, when asked for our bill, it took them another 10m to bring it to our table, and I had to call someone again and asked them to please give us our bill because we were then late for other activities. Extremely dissatisfied.
Food portions seem to be getting smaller. The restaurant was empty for a Saturday afternoon. And the app didn't work properly. So not a great time.
Arrived at 11.30 on a Sunday with 8 rowdy 10 year olds and our waiter Win was incredibly accommodating and helpful!
The staff are really friendly. The atmosphere was really nice and chill. Food was promptly served. We were served by Jasmine who was polite, friendly and efficient.
