Dunkin' - Hawthorne

I ordered on the app while in the store and it took them 20 mins to get my order done which is quite a long time for 1 donut. Please have them check the online machine. I heard it going off multiple times while employees were in the back.

I liked there ideas French vanilla latte with oat milk. Nice and creamy. The drive they was pretty tiny though.

Horrible experience!!! every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts instead of leaving the area with the joyful experience, I always leave frustrated, angry because they don't know how to take the freaking orders. I understand they use this location to train people but they're not doing a good job at all. The one trainee that I saw today she acted like she sleepwalking taking the order.

Service sucks and employees just don’t care at all. Mini bagels I got were rock solid and cold and coffee was extremely sweet. Completely waste of money and time. Go elsewhere!!
