Good Evening, I ordered a large supreme pizza with stuffed crust, an order of cheese sticks and 3 marinara sauces. When the order arrived, it was missing one marinara. I told the delivery driver and he stated they were now closed and could not drop it off even though the location was 0.7 miles away from my home. I said ok and he left. I then took the pizza inside and opened it up only to realize they did not include the stuffed crust i ordered. I called the store and a man answered. He told me the store was closed and there was nothing i could do and hung up on me. I called back 2 times after that. He answered again on the second time. I asked him to give me his name and he hung up on me again. I am posting a review regarding this service. I have photos of the pizza as well as the receipt as proof. I would like someone to reach out to me to waive the cost of the order due to the substandard service provided. I train over the phone customer service, I have fired reps over this type of behavior. It's completely unacceptable and this level of brazen behavior indicates that this isn't his first time acting in this manner. I have been ordering pizza from this location for about 4 years, for cheat Friday like today), birthdays or Super Bowl. THEY ALWAYS DELIVER 100% Never cheap on toppings, deliver always earlier than predicted with a hot perfectly pizza. That being said I had quite the opposite today, my pizza looked like it was put in the dryer. I called right away and their Manager offered to send a new pizza which I declined I'm not wasteful) I just called to let them know of my experience and to at least get some points. The Manager not only apologized and tried twice to send a new pizza but she gave me store credits and points!!? I'll be ordering back next Cheat Friday!!
We been trying to order the big flavor dipper always unavailable? And the other pizza Hut doesn't deliver to a house in the same city? Makes no sense. But finally when we was able to order it. They send a round pizza smh. And drivers are horrible. I'm done with pizza Hut ?please DONT order from this place people. .
