Bidra med feedbackI've been here for years and watched how customer service is getting worse and worse. they don't go here, it's worth going on a little while, despite the fact that I had already done and paid to pick up my order, and I literally saw that the worker locked the doors as I had parked, he refused to surrender my order. the drive thru line was literally 10 cars long, I showed the worker on the Starbucks app where I was just paid and my order was ready, he just decided to be rude, from no reason I even offered to go on the drive thru and he said he wouldn't give it to me as he would get in trouble for his work they trust me!
Lmaooooo omg if I had ONLY CHECKED THESE REVIEWS FIRST!!! *kicking myself*. Here 's the skinny: I 'm currently in the drive-thru where I came to pick up an order I placed online. This is the second time I 've arrived after placing my order and being assured by the app that my order would be ready when I got here, only to find that they don 't have the item. The curt, impatient little barista-child informed me by saying ...it looks like we don 't have your order which prompted me to check the app again to be sure my transaction had actually gone through. I offered my receipt number and she says yes but we don 't have it. She was trying to explain that it wasn 't that they had have my order, but that it isn 't ready. If you 're in the mood to have your time wasted, and to experience a cavalier attitude about their lack of preparation and delivery from the window server, *Bob Barker voice* come on down!
I ordered and iced coffee with no sweetener through drive through. Barista gives me a drink that looks like it 's filled with 70% half and half and NO ice. I tell him nicely, it looks like it has a lot of half and half. Guy offers to Put more coffee inside. Now my drink literally had 0 ice in it. I was way too nice and just accepted the drink. The drink tasted horrible by the way.
This location is really convenient the drive thru is fast but they are always out of everything. How could you only have one choice out of six breakfast sandwiches? I understand every once in a while but this is almost every day and for years it's been like this. When is the management going to address this problem? Just stock more of what is running out every morning. The only reason I gave 3 Stars is because the staff deserves 5.
Professional staff. They are very nice and fast service! Open late and 7-days a week.
