I like the food, the staff is nice, but they can sure never remember a kid's meal drink in a mobile order. Even specifically asking if it's in there I'm told it is, and it's not.It's honestly amusing at this point. I always assume that THIS TIME they will have it. I know I could just look in the bag, but it's just a juice box and I'm enjoying the game.
Got delivery from grub hub and it was 30 min late so I called just to see if it had been made yet or what was going on, I was very nice. Talked to someone named Vanessa and she said it “wasn’t their problem, it was the door dashers problem”, her tone was extremely rude and short. Never been here and this was the first experience and probably won’t be ordering from here again because of her.
I usually love Quedoba but for the past few years the customer service has been subpar or outright unprofessional. The food tastes nothing like it used to and the employees will close early despite online hours if they want to go home sooner. And I don’t mean by a few minutes. I’m talking a whole HOUR. I don’t usually disk on restaurants, working in customer service and food services has been my life for the past few years. So I usually respect these types of workers. But what I have seen here is far from deserving of my respect.
