Bidra med feedbackI really enjoy this food court. It offers a variety of small shops with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The noodle soup and dumplings are delicious from all the vendors that sell them. Some of the other dishes may not be as consistent in quality. There is a lot of fried food with a generous amount of oil, if that's your preference. The prices are very affordable and you can also purchase alcohol here. However, the restroom facilities are a bit subpar.
Established in 1982, Dixon House Food Court is the oldest in Chinatown. You can enter via Dixon or Little Hay street for a touch of old-world charm, with wooden columns and mirrored ceilings that were once glamorous. It has had its share of ups and downs over the years, with a recent setback in Christmas 2016 when a gas explosion shut down the food court. Some food stalls never reopened, but occupancy is now increasing. The food court offers a variety of options with 12 food stalls, including Blossoming Lotus Vegan, Oriental Dumpling King, Sizzling and Hot Pot Kitchen, Yang Guo Fu Ma La Tang, and Phnom Penh Teo Cheo Noodle House, among others. Phnom Penh Teo Cheo Noodle House is known for its Chinese egg noodle soup, while Blossoming Lotus Vegan offers flavorful vegetarian options. Yang Guo Fu Ma La Tang provides a unique hotpot experience where you can choose your ingredients and they will cook it for you. Just be mindful of the smoke from Sizzling and Hot Pot Kitchen if you have plans afterwards, as it can leave you smelling like a food court.
I frequently dine at this restaurant. They specialize in Chinese noodles and fried rice, as well as sizzling hot pot dishes for large, filling meals. The quality and quantity of food offered here is excellent for the price.
I had a large serving of ginger soy ramen from Ramen O-san, it was very well seasoned but chould of had a bit more bite. Good noodles and large selection of toppings/add ons available. Not much pork, but for the price a very good option. Located in Dixon Street food court it is a very busy, noisy little place.
