Wendy's - Hays

We stopped for lunch on Saturday and it was quite busy. The staff at the counter did their best to get the food out quickly. The restaurant was clean, but the restrooms could use some maintenance. The food was served hot and fresh. The mobile ordering system worked well, even though the screen for it was broken. Overall, the kiosk was out of order.

The staff was extremely friendly during our visit. This place was bustling, likely due to its location in a busy service area. Since there were many people waiting in line, we opted for the order kiosk, which made our experience quick and convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, and the prices were great! The food was absolutely delicious, from the real strawberry flavor in the strawberry frozen treat to the fresh onions on the Jr. Cheeseburger. We will definitely stop by again next time we pass through!

They had a rather long line when we showed up, but it moved fast, just waited a few minutes. You also have to order electronic kiosks where they were beautiful. Food was great and it quickly came out, no complaints from me.

Nice Wendy's location that was very clean, staff was very nice and friendly. They had a very nice dining room with a big map of the USA on the wall that was interesting to look at. Food was very good also.
