Mcdonald's - Haysville

Not sure how a burger with only Pickles means no Pickles, extra Ketchup and onions. My son is upset about getting no sauce for his chicken nuggets when I asked for buffalo and ranch. Wish i at least got hot fresh fries. Next time I will make sure to check the bag even if it means holding up the line.

Restaurant was dirty, service was mediocre at best. Waited almost 20 mins for a very simple order while others who ordered after me got their food in a reasonable amount of time. Front counter staff standing around taking orders but not doing anything proactive to get orders out to lobby customers unless prompted by the customers themselves (they could have had better attitudes as well). Went with my grandson after work. I ordered a big mac and he a double cheeseburger. My bun on the bottom was hard and the top tasted stale. When I went and said something to the cashier she was very rude. I have been to that McDonalds several times, and never had a problem before.
